What to include

  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • Your device, browser, and the approximate time of the problem.
  • The visible error wording, if there was one.
  • Whether retrying or signing out changed anything.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, OAuth links, API keys, financial details, private health information, confidential coursework, or a full workspace export unless a safe transfer method is agreed first.

Contact Wayform

A public support mailbox is still being prepared. If you already know the founder, use your existing trusted contact channel. Do not send account secrets.

Sign-in and access help

Any adult aged 18 or older with a verified Google account can sign in after confirming that eligibility. If Google sign-in completes but Wayform returns to this screen, note the visible error and contact support. Wayform will never ask for your Google password, one-time code, birth date, or identity document.

Privacy and account requests

Use the support channel to request access, correction, export, or deletion of alpha data. These processes are currently manual. Read the privacy notice before participating.

Security reports

Report suspected account exposure, cross-user data access, leaked credentials, or another security issue privately and promptly through the support channel. Do not test against another person’s account or publish exploit details before Wayform has acknowledged the report and agreed on a disclosure plan.

Urgent or professional help

Wayform does not provide emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or academic-integrity support. Contact the relevant emergency service, university service, course staff member, or qualified professional for those needs.
